1. About IntoPractice
IntoPractice.uk is an independently operated UK general practice jobs platform. The job board is currently free to use. The technology and services directory is coming soon and is not currently accepting public supplier listings or payments.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you create an account, you also confirm that you are authorised to act for the practice you register.
2. For practices posting vacancies
Practice accounts are subject to eligibility checks and approval. We may check NHS email domains, ODS codes or other relevant practice registry information. We review adverts before publication, but review is not a guarantee that all information is correct.
By submitting a listing, you confirm that you have authority to advertise the vacancy, that the information is accurate and lawful, and that you will keep it up to date. You must not publish patient data, discriminatory requirements or contact details you are not entitled to share. Listings expire on their chosen listing end date unless extended, and you may close them sooner.
We may reject, edit for presentation, pause or remove listings and suspend accounts where necessary to protect users or enforce these terms. We will aim to explain material decisions where appropriate.
3. For job seekers
IntoPractice displays vacancies supplied by practices. It is not an employer, recruitment agency or party to an employment contract. We do not independently guarantee the accuracy, availability or suitability of a role. Please check important details directly with the practice.
Applying opens your own email client to contact the practice directly. IntoPractice does not currently receive applications, CVs or candidate accounts.
4. Recruitment agencies
The jobs platform is intended for direct recruitment by general practices. Third-party recruitment agencies and staffing companies must not publish roles without our prior written permission.
5. Pricing
Practice job listings are free to list. We will not introduce a charge for a listing without clearly informing the practice and obtaining agreement to the relevant paid service.
6. Your content and our content
Practices remain responsible for their submitted job content and grant IntoPractice permission to store, display, format and promote that content as part of operating the jobs platform. The IntoPractice name, website design and original site content must not be copied or reused without permission, except where the law allows.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the website available and information accurate, but may need to change, suspend or discontinue features. We are not responsible for the content of third-party job adverts or for recruitment decisions made by practices or candidates.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, and our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Changes will be shown on this page, and material changes affecting registered accounts may also be communicated by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
