1. Sign-in and security
When you sign in, Supabase authentication uses session cookies to maintain your account. Security services, including Cloudflare Turnstile, may also use cookies or similar browser technologies to check for automated or abusive activity. These are used to provide the service securely.
2. Preferences stored on your device
We use browser local storage to remember your entered home postcode for distance sorting, whether you have acknowledged the cookie notice, and whether you have completed the practice dashboard walkthrough. This information stays in your browser unless you choose to use a feature that sends relevant information, such as postcode lookup, to the service.
3. Website analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and improve the website. The current integration is designed to operate without analytics cookies. Analytics services may nevertheless process technical request information, so we do not describe browsing as entirely anonymous. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site behavioural advertising trackers.
4. Maps and third-party content
When you view a map, map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap services. Your browser may communicate directly with the tile provider to load the map. You can read more about personal information in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your choices
You can delete or block cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings. Blocking necessary session storage may stop account sign-in or security checks from working. Our on-site cookie notice is an acknowledgement of information, not a consent request for advertising cookies.
If we introduce storage that requires consent, we will update the site and provide the appropriate choice before using it.
6. Questions
Email privacy@intopractice.uk if you have a question about the technology used on this website.
